Food, beverage and FMCG manufacturing
Manufacturers do not lose money on freight rates; they lose it on stoppages. A raw material that misses its slot idles a line. A finished-goods truck that misses a depot receiving window comes back loaded.
We plan inbound and outbound movements around production and receiving windows rather than around vehicle availability, and we run the same trucks on the same routes so drivers know the sites.

For dairy and agri-processing the product is only as good as the coldest record in its history. Collection has to be prompt, the unit has to be pre-cooled, and the temperature record has to survive the handover.
Our refrigerated fleet runs from −20°C to +5°C with continuous logging and documented handover temperatures — which matters as much for the audit as for the product.

Medical cargo carries two burdens: temperature integrity and chain of custody. Both have to be demonstrable after the fact, not asserted.
We move pharmaceutical and medical supplies under controlled temperature with recorded handovers, and we use insulated last-mile boxes so small orders reach pharmacies and clinics under the same standard as a full reefer load.

Online retail lives on the delivery promise. Fulfilment that is fast but unpredictable is worse than fulfilment that is slower and reliable, because customers plan around what you tell them.
We hold the stock, pick and pack the same day, and deliver on our own last-mile fleet — including cash-on-delivery collection and reconciliation, which is where many Kenyan retail models actually break.

Heavy, high-volume cargo punishes the wrong vehicle choice and the wrong load plan. Flatbeds and 28-tonne rigids exist for this, and load securing is not optional.
We haul from plant to distributor and to site, with load securing standards applied and route planning that accounts for weight limits and access.

Do you specialise in a particular industry?

That said, the underlying capability — owned fleet, customs competence, temperature control, last-mile reach — applies well beyond those sectors.
Can you work to our compliance or audit requirements?
Yes. Temperature records, proof of delivery, handover documentation and performance reporting can all be formatted to your audit or donor requirements. Agree the format at the start and we will report to it.
Do you take on contracted distribution as well as one-off loads?
Both. Contracted route distribution for manufacturers and processors is a large part of what we do, and we also handle single loads, seasonal peaks and one-off cross-border movements.
