Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods for manufacturers who cannot afford a line stoppage or a missed depot slot.
Industries served
A missed depot window, a broken cold chain, a delayed customs entry, a failed doorstep delivery — different sectors break in different places. Knowing which one matters to you is most of the job.
Sectors we serve
Every sector below is served by the same owned fleet and the same six services, running across six countries.
Inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods for manufacturers who cannot afford a line stoppage or a missed depot slot.
Refrigerated collection and distribution for dairy processors, with temperature integrity maintained end to end.
Controlled-temperature movement of medical supplies with documented chain of custody and handover records.
Flatbed and rigid haulage for heavy, high-volume loads moving from plant to distributor and site.
Scheduled route distribution into wholesale, retail and duka networks across Kenya and the region.
Fulfilment and last-mile delivery for online retailers, including cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
Project cargo and long-haul movements into Zambia and Botswana on planned, escorted schedules.
Relief and programme cargo delivered to hard-to-reach locations with reporting suited to donor audits.
Industry focus
Manufacturers do not lose money on freight rates; they lose it on stoppages. A raw material that misses its slot idles a line. A finished-goods truck that misses a depot receiving window comes back loaded.
We plan inbound and outbound movements around production and receiving windows rather than around vehicle availability, and we run the same trucks on the same routes so drivers know the sites.
Industry focus
For dairy and agri-processing the product is only as good as the coldest record in its history. Collection has to be prompt, the unit has to be pre-cooled, and the temperature record has to survive the handover.
Our refrigerated fleet runs from −20°C to +5°C with continuous logging and documented handover temperatures — which matters as much for the audit as for the product.
Industry focus
Medical cargo carries two burdens: temperature integrity and chain of custody. Both have to be demonstrable after the fact, not asserted.
We move pharmaceutical and medical supplies under controlled temperature with recorded handovers, and we use insulated last-mile boxes so small orders reach pharmacies and clinics under the same standard as a full reefer load.
Industry focus
Online retail lives on the delivery promise. Fulfilment that is fast but unpredictable is worse than fulfilment that is slower and reliable, because customers plan around what you tell them.
We hold the stock, pick and pack the same day, and deliver on our own last-mile fleet — including cash-on-delivery collection and reconciliation, which is where many Kenyan retail models actually break.
Industry focus
Heavy, high-volume cargo punishes the wrong vehicle choice and the wrong load plan. Flatbeds and 28-tonne rigids exist for this, and load securing is not optional.
We haul from plant to distributor and to site, with load securing standards applied and route planning that accounts for weight limits and access.
Industry focus
Project cargo into Zambia and Botswana, and programme cargo for NGOs delivering into hard-to-reach locations, share a requirement: a schedule that holds and reporting that satisfies an auditor.
We run these as planned movements with agreed milestones, documented delivery and reporting suited to donor and project governance.

FAQ
Our densest experience is in food and beverage manufacturing, dairy and agri-processing, pharmaceuticals, ceramics and building materials, FMCG distribution and online retail. That said, the underlying capability — owned fleet, customs competence, temperature control, last-mile reach — applies well beyond those sectors.
Yes. Temperature records, proof of delivery, handover documentation and performance reporting can all be formatted to your audit or donor requirements. Agree the format at the start and we will report to it.
Both. Contracted route distribution for manufacturers and processors is a large part of what we do, and we also handle single loads, seasonal peaks and one-off cross-border movements.
Describe the failure you keep having. It is usually a faster route to the right answer than describing the service you think you want.
