Freight Forwarding
Road, sea and air freight moved under one bill of lading, with customs documentation, tracking and cargo insurance handled by our own team.
Our services
Six connected services covering the whole journey — from a container at Mombasa to a parcel at a customer’s door in Kigali. Run by one operator, on one fleet, under one contract.
What we offer
Each of these stands alone. Most clients end up using two or three, because the handover between providers is where cost and blame usually live.
Road, sea and air freight moved under one bill of lading, with customs documentation, tracking and cargo insurance handled by our own team.
Transit cargo moved between Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia and Botswana with the clearing paperwork, bonds and border coordination already in hand.
Secured storage, inventory control and scheduled distribution runs that turn a warehouse from a cost centre into a working part of your supply chain.
Pickups, vans and insulated motorbikes covering the final leg into towns, estates and trading centres — with proof of delivery captured on every drop.
Refrigerated transport from −20°C to +5°C for dairy, meat, fresh produce and medical supplies, with temperature logged for the whole journey.
Storage, order processing, dispatch and returns for online retailers who would rather grow their catalogue than build a distribution network.
How it works
The same six steps apply whether you are moving one pallet or running a year of contracted distribution.
Send the origin, destination, cargo type, weight and timing. A WhatsApp message with those five details is usually enough to start.
We confirm the right vehicle class, the corridor, border requirements and the realistic transit time — then quote a rate against it.
Customs entries, transit bonds, certificates of origin and insurance certificates are prepared before the truck loads, not after.
Our own driver and our own vehicle collect the cargo. GPS tracking runs for the whole journey and your team gets status updates at each milestone.
Cargo is delivered, checked and signed for. Proof of delivery, temperature logs and any exception notes are returned to you.
For contract clients we review on-time performance, damages and cost per drop on an agreed cycle, and adjust the plan.
Where we operate
Our services are not limited to Kenya. Freight forwarding, cross-border transport and distribution run across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia and Botswana — on our own vehicles, with our own documentation.
Questions
That is the usual case. A typical arrangement is freight forwarding inbound, storage and inventory control in the middle, and scheduled distribution or last-mile delivery outbound — one contract, one contact and one set of reports.
Both. We run contracted distribution for manufacturers and processors, and we also take single-load, one-off and seasonal work for smaller traders and importers.
Origin, destination, cargo type, approximate weight or volume, and the date it needs to move. For temperature-controlled cargo we also need the required set point. That is enough for a first rate on most routes.
Describe the problem rather than the service. We will tell you what the movement should look like — and say so if we are not the right fit.
